What happens when I use up my monthly allowance?: New analyses, quizzes and card generation pause until the start of next month. Your documents, quizzes and cards stay, and you can keep reviewing.
Can I cancel Pro?: Yes, anytime. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. Within 14 days of the initial purchase or of any renewal of your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund without giving a reason. See the Refund Policy for details.
Why is review unlimited?: Review doesn't use AI; a spaced repetition algorithm decides when each card comes back. That's why regular review is free on every plan.
